Tattoo Lamborghini - 10mpbs internet speed

It's good to see that Philippines' internet speed is now getting better.
With Globe's Tattoo Lamborghini, you will have a connection speed of 10 mbps (I know that is not that good if we will compare it to other country, but is it now good for the Philippines).
But do you think that its price is reasonable at Php 2, 199 (about $50 if you convert it). It is an unlimited internet access with 200 free sms to Globe/TM subscribers monthly.

Hi!
I'm from Sri Lanka and here there are about 4 different service providers all fighting for customers so we've got some competitive packages.
Recently "Etisalat" has upgraded there systems to 3.75G which they offer up to 21mbps.
The cost is a one time payment of 8000Rs(72USD) for the dongle, and then a monthly payment of 1,500Rs(14USD).But we get only 12GB of download a month :(.
"Dailog" another company has also launched a 4G network in the Capital of Colombo which is apparently 100mbps.
Hope this gives some idea.
