Are you favor in Reproductive Health or RH bill in the Philippines?

RH Bill is just one way of practicality in our lives. This is not mean of killing life but instead it helps to be progress in our life. Because over population, poverty and illiteracy is the result of neglect of just giving birth.
This is just to prevent because as we know,Philippines is one of the top ten in the poor country.
