Be sure that you are getting a well round diet and that the food you eat is organic and not mass produced. Remember that your family history has alot to do with any diseases and such that might come up later on. Some people fast every once in a while to keep the body free of toxins.

Exercise is very good for us. For me, it doesn't really matter whether its 15, 30, 45 or more minutes per session. What's important is the consistency. Do it everyday. Just be consistent no matter how lazy or tired you feel. Go to the gym or your park and do some stretching.
And the same goes to your eating habits. Just be consistent in eating healthy, nutritious and colorful meals.
At the end of the day, I'm sure you'll feel good inside and out.

Hmm.. I know your concern. But regarding the flu, headache, stress and back pain are nothing to do with what we eat sometimes. Eating healthy does help reduces the regularity it happen to us but it just cannot stop it from happening to us.
For flu, you can eat a lot of food containing vitamin C. Vitamin C known for boosting immune systems to our body. And not just vitamin C, other vitamins as well.
Headache - I don't know what food can help reduces headache.
Stress - Think you need more relax
Back Pain - Try to improve your posture when you sit and lie down. And try take a lot of milk. calcium helps make bones stronger thus will reduces any pain regarding joint and bones.
I hope this will help you a bit.

You should drink plenty of water at least 3 litter everyday. Stay away from people who are suffering from spreading diseases. Take rest. Lack of rest is the primary reason for many kinds of headaches. You have to sleep at least six hours per day. Relax - let you mind and body be free. Don't give chance to stress. If you have stress, do yoga and meditations. Do ayurvedic therapy to reduce your back pain.

You can take supplements like vitamin C and vitamin B complex. You might have to consult a doctor before taking any supplements so you can be sure of your safety and health.

Just continue to do what you are doing now, eat healthy foods, especially fruits and vegetables, and exercise daily. Be clean too, take a bath daily and you can take vitamins too.
