THIS was the story I was looking for; This lady was a Corrections Officer in New York on Riker's Island which is not the nicest place on earth to work. thanks for sharing this wonderful story. a real feel-good story at that. hopefully, she enjoys her new found wealth and spends it wisely. i'd hate to read about her again in the future saying how she spent away the cash needlessly and end up being broke again.

You & me both.I did hear she took a leave of absence from her CO job; that she wanted to build her mom a house in Jamaica and do some responsible stuff with it; from what I read, she didn't play the lottery all the time. every once in a while, she did it and on that once in a while, she won.so I really pray she does well with her money.
