One simple fact for being healthy is to be happy ,if you remain happy you will remain healthy as you know LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE so just wanna say that do not take tension just chill and enjoy and leave it rest to god.

yes man laughter is the best thing for health as it help in building mood and finishes all the stress in the body and this leads to increased happiness and which in turn leads to happy life so just keep on enjoying life.

There is a video on youtube talking about research that found the bigger people similed the longer they lived. Must be all those happy, healthy chemicals (nuerotransmitters) in bio-feed back. If you smile for a minute you will feel better its like your body knows somehow. Muscle memory causing chemicals to be released, just try it. Smile.

Yes, laughter is always the best way to keep yourself healthy and fine. In fact, i saw many of my friends who likes to laugh, always look very young and pretty. It is good to keep our tension away since it will caused health problem in the long run.

Yes,laughter is the best medicine against stress,and it is absolutely for us to try to take advantage of any opportunity to have fun and laugh well instead of feeling all the time under pressure,because the stress of modern life is so big that it shortens our lives considerably if we forget to laugh and enjoy,as it sadly happens in many situations.

this so true, and as simple as it is, being happy will make you healthy. You see our body reacts to our attitude in life, and it gives whatever it is that we perceive. so if you are negative you body gives you negative energy making you sick. so be postive by being happy and swim into positive energy always. XD
