whenever i use any lip colour, next day they became whitish and rough and even dry so much. i always use high quality products then also may be my lips are very sensitive so react. but if we are going to join a party or some outing without lip color it doesn't look good enough. what should i do. besides i love to have lip glosses and lip colors at least with party wear it looks like necessary... :(

Hey parle.
Try using a lip BALM instead. They have them with different flavors and sparkle these days and the make your lips look pretty and at the same time protect them (there even are some with SPF - sun protection for the lips.) That might be the answer. Also you could always have one in your bag, and refresh it at night in case you get the same problem - just wipe the old one.

hey if you can access to those brands from Japanese, try the call Lavshuca. It is a line from Kanebo and the lip stick are very moisturizing. The color do not easily migrate from your lip to the underline and it is quite long lasting. And the price is very reasonable too (around 12-15 us dollars including postage fee). I have bought 8 lipsticks from that brand and I am happy with that.
Go to their official website to have a look ^^

I dont have that kind of reaction in any lipstick I use. try using hypoallegenic lippies? this products have less ingredients that tends to react on your lips. try this and see if the result is good. or might as well find the best lippie that suites your luscious lips.ciao

I prefer lip balm as well, it's great for moisturizing the lips and most lip balms provide color as well so most of the time I no longer wear lipstick. There are some really rich lipsticks as well that I like to use, like the ones from Benefit and ELF. There are also lipsticks that come with their own lipgloss, it's just one stick, how about if you try them?

Our lips needs extra caring than all the other parts of our face since they don't have their own sebaceous gland. If your lipstick makes your lips dry, consider using lipsticks that are high on moisturizing properties. You can also apply petroleum jelly before applying your lipstick. In that way, the chemicals used in making lipstick that might be causing the dryness will not penetrate in your lips and at the same time petroleum jelly helps keep it from drying.

Hi!
Your lips are actually dehydrated, you should choose a lipstick that is suitable to your lips by trying a few that will not make your lips dry. If non of the lipstick are suitable, try to remove it as soon as possible and you should not leave it overnight. You should drink a lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Also, slick a little bit of honey on your lips will help to moisturize your lips because honey is not only rich in moisturizers but it also provides a protective barrier. Try it and hopefully it will work for you.
