GPTPF is down for 12 hours now !

Hi, I have been trying to log in to one of my new favorite sites which GPTPF. It seems that the site is down and I have been trying for hours now. Looks like the site is down for almost 12 hours now. Any other GPTPF members also experience this or is it just my connection? I love to check every now and then on this site and discuss with other members. Are you experiencing this too and how often you log in?

Yah the site has been down for almost 12 hours now, i think its up now though, not sure whats going on.. lets hope nothing bad happens ;)

I have check it out today and it's back now. I am happy that GPTPF is now back to its normal self,I can now post there as well as here in myLot! Happy day for you!

I am glad its back and working again. Probably heavy traffic caused the site to be down for a few hours. Seems like a lot of people are taking notice of this good paying site. You are right Edna, its fun posting both at GPTPF and here in mylot.

Actually i faced this problem yesterday and today it opened fine for me but i think some maintainance is going on gptpf and its just for sometime and dont worry it will fine and would work after some time

Yes, I did encountered this problem yesterday and intermittently today. I always have the habit of checking the site as often as I could but you are right, I wasn't able to get on the site yesterday. I will try to check again today. Some friends of mine are also interested to join and have been asking me if the site is down cause they cannot seem to open an account or do anything. Probably you are right and some maintenance work is going on. I appreciate your response asrararmar since I was really wondering when I could visit the site again.

I have no idea at all that it went down...LOL! It went fine when I logged in. Perhaps, there was something that the admin had to maintain or discuss on. I don't know. But, I was actually not into it lately, so no idea at all.

I experience the same dilemma yesterday when I tried to log in, there’s a general error indicated on the site. I contacted the admin and I was told that there has been a maintenance going on. The site is up now as I can see it so we can now post again.

I hope so it must be down because of heavy traffic. a very guanine one. the payment is fast and they pay .10cents per post. the post were extremely good. easy to write about. no heavy vocab needed.

Yeah...sometimes it happens as it was showing some sql database error. I think the database bandwidth was fully utilized or there was some issue related to hosting site. But all is well...as we all can log in to the forum and start posting there.

Hi! I've also checked the site since I've read your post and now it all works just fine. I'm so glad, because I was afraid that something was wrong with it. I do believe that being a new forum site, things like this are bound to happen until everything settles down. See you all on GPTPF!
