do you need a cross-enrollment request on this one?..

well you see, there's this student i know of who has a few remaining subjects on his fourth year college study..and he wants to take a supplementary course at another university..isn't it like just having two different schools at the same time?..you're a student at this university and also at the other.. 'cause in my opinion, you will only need a cross-enrollment request when you will take subject/s in the current curriculum of your university on other schools or colleges..but in this case i'm talking about, they're two different courses in two different schools.. so what do you think?.. :p
