Moon diet

Well friends you heard about the lunar diet.I have a girlfriend which he / adhered to this diet but I see no effect.And you know know about this diet?

Hmm, I have not heard of such a thing. Sounds intriguing- please explain the just of it...

And I do not know much about this diet.But my friend know that when there is full moon does not eat.
For example, it has a full moon when it eats up to eight in the evening and then not eat She explained to me that so I purifies the body and thus regulate their weight.
But must be kept when the full moon.
