Best way to bring back your normal body clock

Hi there guys!
The summer here in the Philippines has just ended. Now, I'm faced with this problem of having hard to time to sleep at night. Just this summer, I worked and surfed the Net at night times and start to sleep starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. Since school days is fast approaching, I need to reset my body clock so that I could sleep at night on regular basis.
By the way, I tried to go to bed at 11:00 PM or even at 2AM dawn but still couldn't catch sleep. I also tried to stay for 24 hours straight and sleep by 7:00 PM but I still couldn't get any sleep.
I shall consider tour tips a great help.

I wonder whether you are bitten with video games or not.If ever,You had better give up it,because It does harm to your physical and mental health,what is more,riding a hobby saps your will to make progress even makes you neglect you study.In addition,you must put your mind in order and get plenty of exercise.

Well You maybe trying to Hard and this is Throwing Off Your Biological Clock. Your Body will get Tired and You will Sleep again. Try some Warm Milk at Night before Bedtime to help You Sleep. Benedryl if Available in Your Country will also Help You Sleep at Night. Just get the Proper 8 hrs or even 7 hrs of Sleep per Night.

Are you still a student? You don't look like one. And if you have work in the evening, then why do you have to reset your body clock? Don't you want to go to your job anymore?
Well, what I usually do when I want to reset my body clock is doing what you've mentioned. I won't sleep during the day even of I'm sleepy and by night I'll fall to sleep right away. If that doesn't work for you maybe you should do it gradually? Sleep and wake up earlier than usual.

well for me this will take a lot of sacrificing on your part. if you can't catch z's at night, try to control the urge to sleep during the day. tire yourself out the whole day and you'll probably be able to sleep that night. then keep the process going until your body clock goes back to normal. i don't think this is healthy though, but it's worth the try

hi,guy,if you can't sleep,so get up and work hard,when you feel tired you will going to sleep.
Like us ,we should work hard all day,when we got home it's so tired,so we have a good sleeping ,You said you can't sleep,it's because you are so free and no pressure.
