How became a responsible internet user?

We all know that internet is now part of our everyday lives. Aside from being a research engine, it also a entertainment media we can play music, games, etc. It made us easy to communicate with other people in real time by means of chat and web camera. But sometimes, it also uses in creating crimes and destroying the lives of others. So what do you think we should do to become a responsible internet user? What are the ways that you will recommend to minimize this things? Good Day!

Yeah your right Internet is very useful to of the people. And also using internet it can make money online like what were doing. But i think your its not destroying lives. Happy Mylotting and always take care.
