How to Change a Bad Mood

We all experience bad moods occasionally,for it is impossible to be happy all the time.We may feel sad or pessimistic,even angry with the whole world,when we are in a bad mood. This is normal, but it is important to know how to change our mood.The first step is self-awareness.
We must recognize our bad feelings before we can do something about them.It is no use trying to ignore them.Instead,we must make the decision not to be a sourpuss.Once we have made up our minds to cheer up,it is time to take action.One thing we can do is exercise.Physical activity is stimulating and can lift our spirits.It is the best therapy there is.Another way to improve our mood is to find something gun to do . We can indulge in something we enjou,such as movie or a trip to the park,or buy ourselves a special treat.Finally,we can seek out a loyal friend.A good friend will listen to our complaints,and his companionship will make us feel better.
In conclusion,bad moods are inevitable.We are bound to ecperience them,but that doesn't mean we have to let them continue.We are in charge of our thoughts and feelings.If we can take the steps above,we will be able to beat the blues and change our attitude.

I agree with .It is normal for us to feel depressed, blue or angry sometimes but we need to know exactly the reason why we feel that so we can find a solution. Whenever I'm depresses I tend to eat more.

When you feel like walls are closing in on you and everyone seems cold, bitter and annoying. When your problems seem to inundate and you feel very miserable. Just stop. Take a deep breath and think about how you’re feeling. First of all, realize that its normal to be all upset or depressed or agitated.But also realize that you won’t feel this way forever. As a matter of fact, if you think about it, you can change the way you feel as quickly as turning on a light. Just do it. Give yourself a good sigh and think “I don’t want to feel this way. I want to feel better. I think I will start feeling better even though all my problems are cluttering my emotions. As a matter of fact, I will just feel better.” It’s not that difficult. You just feel better because you make yourself feel better.

when youre in a bad mood, i will suggest to drink a glass of water first. it will soothes up your body. you can also buy a food, a candy, ice cream, snack or anything you love to eat that is cheap. it will give you joy temporarily. you could read some books or listen to music to divert your attention instead of thinking that youre in a bad mood. for me, when im in a bad mood, i go to internet cafe and play online games for about two hours. and oh, don't forget to smile even when youre angry or in a bad mood. Smile! =')
