Is buxricka a legitimate PTC site?

Hi everyone, like any other day I keep on searching how to make money online, today I came across and ad of buxricka so like before i signed up for it's another ptc site. I read that they're paying $1.5 per ads view and in my opinion that is just too good to be true, so I look on their minimum amount of payout to found out that's $2,000 is the minimum amount before you can cashout. Is this site just fooling around? or is this a real deal? What do you think guys?
