Yesterday I went to the place where I always get my hair done but I didn't get nt hair done I had noticed a little facial hair on my upper lip so I had her do a waxing and I walked there and it was 90 something degrees outside and waked back home and she kept saying my skin was very sensitive and when I got home yesterday my upper lip is burned to a crisp and it is embarrasing so I went back there and asked her what I could do she said put neosporin on it so I did that last night and woke up this morning and it is still red do any of you know how I can make the redness go away?

I too have had this happen, generally when I am hormonal (approaching my time of the month) I stick to plucking now. The heat probably didn't help - a little perspiration on irritated skin would just make it worse. Try patting on a little white flour for a few minutes - it works wonders on burns, might help this too. good luck - Happy birthday

If you got sun burnt, time is truely the only cure that I'm aware of. They item to ease the burning sensation but not the redness. Let me know if anything works. I get burnt really easing. Five minutes in the sun is even too long for me. Best Wishes!
