My friend posted on FB about how she believes they have a ghost kitty. They feel a cat rub against their leg, but their cats are sleeping in plain view. They feel a cat jump up on the couch or bed, but no cat is there, also their cats are acting a little out of sorts. I foudn this interesting. I have felt like we had some ghost animals too in my past. I remember i had a hamster who could escape from any cage we got. My Mom and I were searching for him in my room. I saw a hamster go under the bed, the bedskirt moved as well. No sooner did I say he was under the bed, did my Mom say she caught him and he was in the closet. I looked under the bed and there was nothing. I have also felt the presence of a cat that wasnt there, with the jumping on the bed, moving around to settle and than the pressure of a cat laying there. When my dog passed a few years ago I felt him around for awhile after he passed. I would hear him walking, felt him on the bed, find his fur even though I cleaned like a maniac after he passed so I wouldnt come across fur. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? A loved pet coming to visit either right after or a few years later or periodically over the years?

I would not be worried if that happened to me.The way i see things is that if it is a cat that i use to have, then i know that it was a nice cat, lol.I have never heard of anyone having a ghost animal of any kind. However saying that when my husband went to see a medium, she told him about the dog that he use to have and said that it was always by his side.

This is a very interesting topic. Will I be spooked like others here when my baby girl (5 y/o shih tzu) finally leaves me? I know she is still young and in perfect health, but I am a pessimist that has to be always prepared for the inevitable. I scare easily. I don't even like watching scary movies. But they say that when supernatural things happen, you only get scared after you realized what happened and not during the supposedly creepy moment.
I would love for her to stay with me forever. But I know all good things must come to an end.

No, I've never experienced anything as such and never heard of anyone with this kind of experience too. It sounds that the pet really loved the owner and so came to visit. It's sweet but if it happened to me, I'd probably get freaked.

I haven't experienced a ghost visit from any animals. I believe it is possible. My mother has a photo from a house she used to live in and there's an image of a ghost dog.
