what are the more reliable payment processor between paypal and alertpay ?

dear friends i am the new user. and still i have not make cash with online earning sites. friends i want to know about paypal and alertpay. and what are the best of them. and how much service charge they take from us when we paid from money earning sites. ? and how to register on them ?

PayPal has about 220,000,000 accounts. It's a huge organisation that's regulated and is accepted all over the place. AlertPay isn't.
Despite other people having trouble with PayPal (which I've also experienced), the problems are usually administrative. I've never had any REAL trouble with them that couldn't be sorted out with the usual proof of ID and so on.
I'd always go with PayPal.

im from philippines, so alertpay is not a good choice for me..cashing out thru that payment processor will cost me more than what will im going to withdraw..:)
but i cant say i like paypal, because they restricted my account from sending payment to another account and other benefits except receiving money..i dont know what happened to that account...grrrrr..but to think that here in philippines, it will cost less money to withdraw your money so i still use paypal..,
