1. Sign up for any blogging platform. Wordpress is a good one. It is free of cost.
2. Go to dot.tk - this is a site forwarding service. You can forward your wordpress blog and make it appear like you have your own website.
Example:
You have created: example.wordpress.com
You can use dot.tk and end up with: example.tk
That simple!
You can also make use of other blogging platforms such as blogspot, weebly, live journal and many others.
