Do you do this too??

That is what i mostly do. I have not started a discussion in quite some time. I usually go the the new discussions and respond to those that are interesting to me.

I usually have loads of tabs open but only the ones I have already answered to. Reason why I keep them open for a long time and sometimes more then a day is that I am one of the ones who likes to further discussions and enjoy returning to the discussion right away to comment back each time. I currently have like 12 of them open right now and will go across and refresh each one individually to see if a comment was placed where as I can contribute more too. Have done it this way the entire time I have been a member here after many of the veterans explained on how beneficial it is. There are discussions too at times where the discussion starter may not comment back and if it is a help me type of discussion some brand new members come back asking similar type and or other help me questions and I like to comment to them. See at times if a discussion starter does not return that brand new member may not return the next day if the question and or confusion is not clear up. So it is my way of helping, since the notifiers do not go into my email for at least another maybe 30 minutes or longer.

hahahaha! so like me apple! everyday, i would log in and look for topics under the new or hot discussions or from friends started..and i would open it all, like 10 at a times usually i choose ones that interest me..so now that i have opened it 10 at a time, i would read each and respond each..i got into this habit and that is how i answer or browse discussions!

Yes I also do this so I cant submit more responses in less time. I cant open 10 tabs because lappi is mini but can open at least 6 and respond one by one and close then again open new discussions. Last month I spend total 10 hours in a day in mylot and complete my 250 responses here. But in 3 years the day was first day to complete the target.

hi marapplestiffy, most of time i check the discussions in today's top menu and my interest menu, because these are the places where i can find most of the topics that i like. then i choose the topics in which i am really interested or had experience with. but most of time i choose topics about love, social networking, and daily life problems.

Don't worry about it. Stop if you think you shouldn't do it.

I do not, but others do. I like to open my discussions one at a time and finish one before opening another. I have seen people get the wrong pictures with the wrong discussions or the wrong responses to the wrong discussions.

Hi! I used to do that, too but I stopped because sometimes, when I upload a picture to my comment, it gets mixed up with another one of my comments. In short, it gets uploaded to a different comment. So I stopped opening a lot of tabs all at once because uploading unrelated picture to a discussion is I think, a violation of myLot rules.

hi marapplestiffy yes I also do that too untilk I get to many and once I have tagged all of them I shut most down again.I get too many it slows my computer down something fierce too.After all once you have responded and tagged it you should let that one g o.

ya surely, me too do that. I will pick 5-6 discussion and open it in new tab and respond to every discussion one by one. I think many here do the same.

i want to do the same thing so that it would be easier to respond to discussions that i like but it's my ocd that's stopping me. too many tabs open makes my mind go crazy. so i do it the longer way/

hi, when i was new here,yes i did that too,i opened 15 tabs to comment as fast as i can,but now i only opened 2 to 3 tabs per discussion,and i think its more ok than to open many of that.

I open one first, then the other. But what you say sounds interesting. I should try it!

I too open a lot of tabs but the problem is sometimes the pages doesn't open and sometimes get struck . Its so irritating at times. I just don't understand how to over come this problem.

I get my responses and discussions started by email and usually answer them and then I go on the site and open some tabs and see what interests me. I answer several more that do interest me and by then it is late and I am ready to either do some writing or call it a night.

It is funny when you come across a discussion like yours and I'm actually doing what you are discussing. LOL I think most of us here at MyLot do this on a daily basis. There are days when I can't seem to find anything I want to comment on, but then again there are days like today when I have about 15 tabs open and I'm slowly closing them one by one! :)

Well, I'll do that also, friend. Open many tabs will make it easy for us to comments and make more activities in here...I open around 20 tabs to comments. I sometimes open around 40 tabs and hard to comment all

I respond to a lot of discussions, but I don't usually go to the MyLot site. I have only started a few discussions, usually it is responding. I get notifications of all my friends discussions and I respond to them. I also respond a lot to the topics on my interest menu. That is where I found your discussion.

I open a lot of browser not in the tab. And i see other site beside mylot. Work in one time. Not waiting the site is connected to the internet

I find it hard to give a logical response if I keep on opening different kinds of discussions. Thus, I just open another after I am done responding with the first. I am not too big on multi-tasking when mylot is concerned. But when it comes to other tasks, I usually just am able to get by just fine. Have a blessed day!
