You appear to have found out. In case others want to know, go to Preferences (at the very top): http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx where you can upload a picture as your avatar.

Hi owlwings help me out also as i have set a profile its not jumping when i respond to the people but when i go to my profile & check it seams ok & jumping.

sjvg reason why yours is not animating in the discussion area is that it is over the limit size. You need to use the free gif-reseizer that is free online and re-seize it to 60 x 60 at maximum.
