What do you take for a headache? I take Tylenol or a generic form of it, I find it works better than asprin or motrin etc.

Orudis KT worked best for all my mirgaines/headaches. It is a ketoprophen. It was something I could take with my worst migraine and then just in the shower with the hot water hitting my head, then get out and be able to function. I now take Motrin though because Orudis KT was not selling/manufactured anymore due to the popular Motrin and other pain relievers.:( My vote, bring Orudis back!!!

I got this new roll on stuff from Avon. You wipe it on the spot where your head hurts. It seems to work. I like it as I try not to take too much Advil. It kind of feels cool, like menthol.

Before I take anything, I will have something to drink - usually water - and then lie down for a little while. I take enough medications for other health issues, so try to avoid taking extra where possible. If having a lie down doesn't fix the problem, then I will take a generic brand pain relief tablet. :)
