I really thought that Philippines is in the Top 10 of the happiest country. But based on the websites that I have visited, Philippines is not included. :( What do you think about this? I do not agree with this that much because Filipinos, even at times of war, crisis, disaster, and the like, Filipinos still managed to smile and laugh. ^_^

I woujld probably believe this that Philippines is in the Top 10 of the happiest country but for one thing. I have recently heard, may have been a discussion you started, that divorce is against the law there. If that is true how can it be such a happy place to live? Smile and laugh?

The church is against in legalizing divorce in our country, of course, they want to called as "next to the vatican city" in religiousity for these 2 country are the only places that divorce is not legalized. But I don't seem to feel its effect to me since I am not yet married but I think, when I grow up, divorce will be legalize already, haha.

If it isn't legalized by the time you grow up I hope you keep the law in mind when you chose your partner.

We are known only in Asia as the Happiest Individual. Even during the crisis we encounter still we are showing our smile. We are known as being hospitable but for being happy I don't think so... I am a Filipino but recently working here in Middle East and for me there's no happiness in our country specially if you don't have money. Life in our country is terrible but still I want to go home because of my family and friends.
