Who Is Amy's Baby's Daddy? Rory? The Doctor? The TARDIS? Who?

At the very-end of the latest episode of DOCTOR WHO, it was revealed that Amy hadn't actually been in most of the episode, as she went into labor having her baby.
I think it was some weird cloning thing that happened to her if she accidentally touched The Flesh (some viral goo that the workers on a mining planet were using to increase their efficiency).
Or something like that. Or not.
Let's see what kind of crazy speculations we can make up before it's actually revealed that the baby is actually ME!

It would have been kind of cool if it did turn out to be you being a my lot friend and all, but wait till you see it!
Worst of all the BBC are making us wait till September to see the conclusion of the latest episode
How can they do that mid series with a two parter. I am annoyed to say the least!

It is freaking me out HWG. As I said in another discussion whoever decided this from the BBC need to be shot
I am sure there will be a lot of complaints over this. Doctor Who is series business to the fans! I can't wait till September to find out what will happen lol and once Myth gets to see the latest episode he will be freaked out too to have to wait so long.

Yeah that has to be terrible by then they will re-run the last one and make the anxiety excel. Wow won't they loose viewers that way?

Wait that the baby is you or that you are the baby daddy?? I can think of many ways to consider you the baby daddy but it will involve you being involved with Amy to begin with. 
Clarify that one as it appears you said the baby was you?

that is a very good question. its really hard to know. i have to say i was shocked when i saw the most resent episode. it wasn't anything that i expected. i can't to see the next one to see what happens and if the doctor can find the baby. maybe we'll find out who the father of the baby really is and how the baby was created.

That's where the fun is! to speculate and guesstimate all the possible causes before it's revealed what the written cause is!
So what do you think? is it MY baby? do we need to call Jerry Springer in on this?

I know she has that whole 'the first time I meet you is the last time you'll see me'-setup (already maybe-'out the window' since we saw her meet him and we know they'll meet again), but maybe they'll break the rules ... doctors can do that!

Maybe Amy was (like) The Time Empress ... coming from Earth and giving birth to the whole Gallifreyan race thousands of eons ago (she DID manufacture the whole universe from her dreams all her life).
Whoa! Maybe she'll bring the whole DOCTOR WHO-story full-circle! beginning Gallifreyan civilization as the peacable time-lord society The Doctor had originally intended to recover!
