Hi there, Depending on the tasks you may need to register if that is what is required. The only thing I can advise is that do not use your primary email when signing up. Maybe create a free email address specifically for such tasks. As some of them do require sign up with email verification. You don't need to opt for those, check them daily because there are some that do not require sign up and maybe things such as like in facebook and or tweet for example. Good luck with the tasks. Tasks are usually like that where people would want you to either subscribe to there blog and anywhere they want it depends on you whether you want to do them or not create a fake email id which you only could use only for tasks as HWG also suggested and only do those tasks which you can think you can completed successfully you are not required to do tasks which you can't complete well task usually ask for registration because every one know the way to earn online is through referrals so people usually start task where some one would join a site using there link its a good way to get referrals
