I have a friend who claims that she has never fallen in love with someone at 30years of age. Yes, she got crushes and fancies some men but she is more in love with the character of the novels than the actual men she sees every day. We often tell her that someday she should think about relationships as well because we are not getting any younger, but she always tells us that she doesn't need to look for that man because that man will find her. Well I don't blame her, it's not like she's hiding in some cave. She is actually successful and works at a very reputable company, she even goes to other parts of the world as part of her job and meets a lot of people including bachelors. I just don't think that she just hasn't met the right one yet. She's not at all ugly, in fact she has great high, skin, and everything. Perhaps guys are afraid that she has more money than them. I know someday she'll find him, if only she wasn't very busy with the job.

Wow! I just can't think of how many persons are out there waiting for destiny or love to come along their way. Yeah, just like here in the Philippines, many believe that love has its own timing and that men should be pursuing the women. I agree that there are career persons who are so focused on their work that somehow they tend to have lack time in a steady relationships or commitments or perhaps since they are busy in their career, they don't notice the men around them. I just hope that your friend won't find it too late to fall in love someday.

Yeah, she's in the Philippines too. However, I think as much as women want men to look for them and pursue them, women need to give hints as well that they are attracted to them. As for her, I guess her title is keeping her from being pursued. But I know she would meet that someone who wouldn't see that as a problem.

That circumstance is common here in our place. Like my sister, she is going to be 27 years old and then until now, she doesn't have any commitment yet. She wants to focus on her career. She has many suitors but she busted them all. Maybe she is waiting for someone.

Hmm... Beats me. Hahahah! Well.. There's this dutch guy that i really really like but he has too many problems with his employer such that he cant even think of me.. It is understandable though. I have heard that there is recession in Holland lately. And since, he is not giving me much attention as i hoped he could, i would rather focus on loving myself so that i can be a better person, maybe even a better catch despite the ticking clock.

Yeah, there's no wrong in loving yourself, but just not that OVER loving your self. Haha! It's sad that economics has done its way to break a somehow good relationship but don't worry, I know that by making yourself a better person is making yourself beautiful in and out. With your looks and the positive aura I can see in your pic, you're really are a "better catch"! Forget the ticking clock....love transcends every boundaries that time can build. :)

No, there's nothing wrong with my question. Come to think that there are still persons out there in this world that has not yet fallen in love and the question is for them to be answered. Remember also the phrase "first love" which basically means that there is a point in everyone's life that he/she has not yet fallen in love with the other gender. You see the type/kind of love I'm referring?
