What will be the future of companies which are currently doing a lot for their shares,trying to go up in investments and profit once all the proceeses come to a bottleneck?What will happen when companies will have people who can do work but cannot generate any opportunities?In present scenario we have only less percent of people who are able to generate quality opportunities for the people.New talents are sometimes ignored mainly because they dont come from a rich background.So when quality will decrease ,quantuty will follow the same fate.Quality hunt is not easy but its a golden egg.It will take some time to search but once a company finds candidates having the qualities required like working as passion ,selfless service etc then it will rock.Nothing can stop it.Furthermore such people need to be given all good things if not immediately atleast after their works are authenticated.This will in turn encourage the people and will help companies soar.
