Have you tried Meditation?

Stress, Depression and peacefulness, it all can happen with good meditation. Have you ever tried it. I did try it. Even did Reikki till second level and it did help me through tough times and when I am distressed. What has been you experience?

I tried a simple way when i fell sad and fell empty im go to the prayer room of the church and talked to God and live it here all my sadness inside of me. It is a very silent prayer and i felt that my soul fell free. after that i fell recharged and ready to face the world

Dear friend,
At times meditation gives lots of relief. But it should come to the right way to life. Moreover I feel to get the right way of meditation and to get the concentration of it. It gives great relief at times. I got this while I was in yoga class. May be it differs from person to person.

I love meditation. It is one of the best things I have ever learned to do. It does have to be learned for it to be effective. I try to meditate every night before going to sleep.

Yes, I've tried meditation before. It helped immensely. Sadly, I can not find the peace I have had once before while trying to meditate. It worked before but it does not work now for me, mainly because of my environment. When I move into a calmer place, I will definitely have a meditation period once a day.
