Handling stress could be so difficult when you don't know how to manage it. at what point in your life that you can't cope with it?

Stressors usually don't come one at a time - and that is the perfect time when you could say that you are ready to give-up. I handle stressors effectively through meditation and prayers. I finish my tasks and look at the bright side of the aftermath (bonuses, promotion, salavation..etc.). Hope this could help!

When to many instructions or information are passed to me at the same time requiring me to attend to all and then give back a feedback I become too tensed up and stress begin to manifest in my life. I am the type that like to take information one at a time and then do the job. I do not like bosses who throw multiple instructions at me and sometimes these instruction could be vague and unexplained in the proper manner and orders. This tend to add to my stress and I get confused on my job. I do not pray to experience this kind of stress on my office job. I like to do a job that is cool. But can one really find it? Life is too challenging. But I am searching for remedies through regular exercises and listening to music at my place of work

Very easy solution: breath in through the nose, breath out through the mouth- do this until your stress is gone-voila!

Sigmund Frued theorized defense mechanisms. One that I don't recommend is called displacement. An example is to have a bad day at work and go home to kick the dog. I try to express myself in a way that society agrees with. I can talk to friends. I used to write alot of poetry and short stories. I also painted. Sometimes it was like all my emotions and energy was transferred into my work. Try mediation. Working out can reduce anxiety as well. For some people if they bottle it inside it builds up and has to be released like steam from a boiling kettle.
I wish myLot had a way to tell me if I spell words incorrectly. Higlight them or something.

Go see your doctor if you really aren't coping. If it's affecting your mental health and starting to take over your life see someone before it gets to critical point, because I can tell you from personal experience that a mental breakdown is no fun!!
