As a new couple, who just got marriage for a month in 1990, I and my husband were too hurry in renting a house in Banjarmasin - South Kalimantan, Indonesia. My husband was a small trader. He just started his own business for a year. And I was just quit from my job in Bandung-Indonesia because as a wife I might follow my husband. We tried hard to show our economical capability to our relatives, although we knew we did not have any strength to do it. It was because our parents actually did not agree with our marriage. In the first year of our marriage, my husband's business ran smoothly. He got a lot of orders from his clients. But when I was pregnant in the second year of our marriage, my husband's business went down slowly. We got economical problems. Then I decided to find a job in the fourth month of my pregnancy. So far, there was no contact at all from our parents. It looked like, we lived alone in this earth. Unluckily, because of my pregnancy, there were no institutions or companies hiring me as their employee. If you have the same situation like me, what will you do? Do you have any encourage to say that you do not need any assistance? Please give your sights or comments.
