The tulsi or holy basil is an important symbol in the Hindu religion and is worshipped in the morning and evening by Hindus at large. The Holy basil is also a herbal remedy for a lot of comoon ailments.

I love basil!! I am actually growing Basil in containers on my porch railing!! I also love cilantro, and grow that aswell!! Thanks for the basil info on healing properties!!
