Thanking God at Award Show?

What do you think about people thanking God at award shows? Does God care that you won Best Hip-Hop video?

I think God basically created man in hopes of someday that his creation could sing and dance. So that is why I think they need to take God into consideration Who's with me?

I find it humorous that they thank god for letting them win the award. Like god really liked the fact they were talking about sleeping around, drinking, smoking, fighting and any other sin they include in that paticular song. I think the source for the win is coming from a different place!

I think some people do it out of fear (of God), some do it out of habit, some out of respect. I do think, however that there are some that know that God gives us our talents and not all the same talents and they feel blessed or privledged maybe.

I think it is great. talent is God given, and everyone shouuld be thankful for what they have recieved.

yeh sometimes it gets used a little much. I think there are a few people who do act genuine about it because they were brought up in a xtian household and the like, but I think some do it just to keep the trend.
