I bought a new pair of running shoes should I insert soles?

I bought a pair of Brooks running shoes. I also got SuperFeet insoles should I put them in my shoes? The soles of the Brooks will have to be cut out and removed forever.

I may be too late here - but I would try the Brooks like they are first. Then if there are any issues I'd go with the new insoles. I really like Brooks, but presently I am trying out some Nike running shoes.. they are good but I am sacrificing my toenails for them! lol!
