There are times that i feel really stress the entire day, weeks, and months. I'm tired of things that like ruined me everyday. Everything is just repeating. I realize that my life become meaningless. did you feel the same thing? How do you handle this? how do you overcome? what did you do to lessen your stress in what ever way?

I feel that sometimes, when my days feel like the same as yesterday. When that happens, I try to find a new challenge and add a new experience in my life. Even if it's a small thing... like baking a cake or something. The reward is pretty cool & satisfying. Good luck.

Stress is certainly a tough customer. I usually try not to schedule anything on my days off. I still do things but I do them when I am ready. Everything in my life is scheduled and it makes me feel better to have a couple of days when I am free. My job can be very demanding. I like to read and visit myLot in my free time...it helps me to relax. I also like to take long hot baths with no time limits. Oil painting was a hobby that I really enjoyed but since I went back to school a couple of years ago, it is hard to find the time to do it. I miss it though...I might try to do some this weekend.

Going off to explore different countries is a way to get rid of stress and have a fantastic time. I got made redundant from my job in a recession. It seems impossible to get another job and getting all the rejection letters was depressing. I had bought a cottage the year before. I was worried about having little money and not being able to afford my bills for my home. I looked for a job in London, Canterbury and Dover. In the end I decided to let out my cottage, get a working holiday visa for Australia and travel around the world. I came home after more than one year of excellent traveling. I had been to California, Hawaii, Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia on my amazing trip. I decided to become a primary school teacher and became a student on my return. I was able to go to university and achieve this dream. When I haven't got enough money for traveling a walk by the coast or in the countryside is relaxing. I love listening to music and doing a little dancing. I enjoy reading books and doing some writing. I find a bath or a shower refreshing and relaxing. A day out can raise the happiness and take away some of the stress. Looking a photos of a happier time gives uplifting feelings. Good luck.

hi rhejans i feel that if im stressed im weak, i handle this by sleeping i do sometimes listening to music while im on my bed , i do shopping with friends or going out and have some fun even for a day, i lessen my stress by not over doing my work , by giving my a little time for my self and not to exert more effort to the work that is suppose to be balance.

Well, this happens to everyone. You get tired at work, at stuffs and often times at people. What I do is spend more time with myself. Do things that I love doing. It can be travel, movies, or even spending quality and wonderful time with my friends and family. Divert your attention to greater things. To find "meaning" in your life, you just have to fill your life with simple things that can make you happy. It is how one defines happiness that sets it's level.

First of all i identify what stresses me. Having identified it, i would stop & close my eyes & say a prayer , then think how to deal with it. Then, i would buy my comfort food and eat. After that, i will feel a lot nicer, and deal with the stress. If i haven't dealt with it completely, i would go home at dismissal and find solace in our bedroom. Again, i will pray for more help from God. I will watch TV , eat and talk about it with hubby when he arrives home also from work and then sleep. The next day, i will have the way to completely eliminate the stress.

I know exactly how you feel. I have the same feelings as you right now. It's been months that I've been feeling that everything is the same. I mean I do the same things everyday and it's like repeating each day. I'm bored with it and it can sometimes be frustrating and stressful . I want some adventures in my life LOL anyway to lessen all these I've been feeling, I listen to music and exercise. ANd yeah I try to do new things everyday but can't seem to find much to do these days.
