Mar Roxas as the New DOTC Secretary

President Aquino has officially chosen Mar Roxas as the new DOTC Secretary. So, this was the so-called important announcement for today. It was not as important as I expected it to be. His plans for the ARMM would have been more important. Moreover, this did not come as a surprise. Everyone expected this announcement. The next time they say that he'll be announcing something important, I guess, it's better to expect an ordinary announcement of some sorts. Anyway, congratulations to you, Mr. Mar Roxas. I mean, Mr. Secretary. Good luck!
