What are the main qualities of a leaders ?

You dont have to be smart to be a leader. A leader is someone that people look up to, thus he have the respect of those around him. This makes the leader have authority. So, if you want to be a good leader, start from yourself, make yourself respectful and you will be heard. A good leader needs to be confidence, you cannot be giving instructions with a un-confident look right? Only with this confidence, would you inspire people around you to do well.
