Hi,
I am new on myLot, I want to know how much i can earn and which way and when the money will be credited, is the pay pal account is must to have here..?

Earn with mylot by creating discussions, giving quality responses to other discussions, search with the mylot bar. These things can earn you money in mylot.
Earning are based on the quality of your response. Remember, Quality Over Quantity.
A post with 4-5 Sentences is better than 3 single sentence post, remember to be relevant. For quality you can generate discussion that engage other uses, and for responses, post insightful responses and comment to further the topic.
Another way to gain with mylot is to get referrals. You get 25% of what your referral earn, so if your referral get $10, you get $2.50, added to your balance. This means you are getting money for doing basically nothing

But still is it based on the quality or quantity ? i guess its quality which keeps quantity on your and intern good money , am i right? but i don't know how can i refer anybody and how my reference friend will be linked with my account... ?i am talking about how my referenced will be linked to my account..?

You put a referral link on the sign up page. I am not sure whether you get me, I think you should explore my lot, check the faqs etc.

Actually this is not a pay per post site.There is no standard payments per post. MyLOt mainly pays you for the quality of your post. The amount you will earn will depends on the quantity and quality of your post.
In using the search engine there is a random reward I usually gets $0.18 in using it for about 3 - 4 hours I'm in the net. Note: Don't abuse the search engine. If you will use it, use it just the way you are normally using other search engine.
You can earn more by doing task, But task are quite time consuming.
