I'm not making $100 a week on my blog, but I have made over $100 this week by writing for other people (topics: celebrity, food), and also by using CloudCrowd (task-based site).
Other way to make $100 a week? Well, I've already mentioned two - if you're fairly good at writing, then there are lots of people out there who will pay you for it. You can also try CloudCrowd for writing, editing, reviewing and translation work.
Other way: I guess you could try forum posting - you can get an average of 10 cents to 20 cents per post for that, but you'd obviously have to look for people who are hiring, follow the rules, and work hard to make that $100 a week. I'd personally combine forum posting with another way to earn.
This really all depends on your skills, strengths, how much time, patience and focus you have. It's one thing to ask how you can make $100 a week - it's another to get the answers and actually apply yourself towards achieving it.

Oh, and for the last question: I don't really use twitter that much anymore so I can't really answer that question.

Thanks for your detailed and useful information.
I really want make money online. I guess the second option you told is more acceptable to me as I am frequently post in many popular forums. I want to know- how many forums do I need to have account to start making money from 'Forum posting'?

You might want to make money online, but there's a big difference between wanting to make money online and actually making it. Wanting something is easy. Making what we want can often be challenging.
How many forums do you need to join to start making money? Well, to make money, it's one forum, I guess. If you join a paid forum, understand & follow the rules, put in the work, then you start making money when the payout's due.
But if you're looking to make $100 a week, then you'd need to calculate how many posts that would entail. For e.g, at $0.20 a post, you'd need to create 500 forum posts a week which equates to 71 posts a day. You'd then need to (most likely) look for more than one paid forum posting site to post for in order to reach your daily quota.
You'd also need to manage your time well, but also not burn yourself out ---- because 71 posts a day is a lot, particularly if you have a job offline. You'd need to introduce some balance b/w working online, working offline and giving yourself a break.

Ya I am earning that.
But then I have 28 blogs and 3 websites.
And I am also using twitter, and it has helped me boost my earning.
Every site has its own technique to be exploited according to our needs,we need to learn the technique.
Also I am using some sites which pays me tweet, so I am earning in two ways from twitter.

I'm not at $100 a week yet but it is something to aim for. I can making over $100 a month through various things such as writing, listening to music, surveys, eBay and Amazon and if I were to put more effort and hours into all of these things, I could probably make $400 a month.

YOu need to apply Internet marketing in your blog/affiliate sites .
I promote my affiliate link other than my blog too and I saw conversions.
Why don't you hire someone to promote your blog and affiliate link?

You make at least $100 a month, I am still to reach there.. hehe. but yes it is a good goal to set your target. And once you set your goal it become more easy to reach there. I am curious to know how you promote eBay, amazon products? As you mentioned about those in your reply.

How I wish! I have not been earning that money. It's still a work in progress, I supposed. We would love that, won't we? Hoping we could get some tips here! :) As to twitter, I think a lot of people are using twitter to get traffic for their blogs. It would be cool to know more about it.

You will surely make the money. Ya, lot of people getting traffic from twitter as well as facebook. I heard if you have lot of followers in twitter you can make $100 or more.
Other useful tips I want to share is making money by shortening URLs. Post shortened urls in twitter and make money. Website is Adf.ly -its really cool.
