You just need any Bank Card that is Part if any On Line Network. So You got a Place to Send Your Money into an Account Electronically. You can get a Debit Card from Opening Up a Checking Account. You can Open a Pay Pal Account as I Think You can even use a Savings Account Card. Their is also a Card that You can get to Use On Line if You got no Bank Account or One without a Card with On Line Access. I forget the Name of it. If Your Young You can have an Adult Open a Join Account. I think 16 is the Minimum Age to Open a Pay Pal Account

You can use PayPal or any other payment processor without a credit card. The only problem is that you'll be unable to verify your account. An unverified account will have some restrictions, like you can send and receive only a limited amount and also some earning sites will request a verified PayPal to invest or cashout. But for most normal operation it's not needed at all. In some cases, you can buy a VCC to verify it, although I don't know the details many says it works too.

i haven't credit for my paypal. i still can verify using my bank account. i think you can do like me, manual verify using bank account.
