Cebu pacific has this promo fare going on and I already booked a flight. I'm just wondering, do they make cancellations of their promos? Like, there's a sudden storm, when they cancel the flight, will they ask for additional fee when the flight is resumed? The promo fare is like, 50% off. So it will be such a trouble if they do make cancellations.

you don't have to worry about that because they are the one who made the cancellation. it's a different scenario though when you ask to rebook. had a friend who was late because of the traffic. she ended up buying another ticket which was very expensive at that time.

No, if they cancel flights you can still fly without no additional payments. They will just inform you to board a certain flight as your flight (originally booked) was canceled and you have to fly on another scheduled flight. So no worries.
There is not much problem with promo fairs, just be there to check in on time and board the plane on time. If they cancel the flight, you can still fly another flight (per their advice) no additional fee or charges. Happy trip!
