Kicking at the Belly Part-Does the baby always do that?

I'm 5 months pregnant and I'm thinking if the kicking really happens at the belly part. I usually get that a lot. And my belly really goes up and down! Is that ok? I'm worried that my baby finds the place inside too small for him...is the kicking really normal? I don't feel pain, just sometime I feel like I want to release some gas because of all the kicking.

If you are feeling a lot of kicking at five months, you may be farther along in your pregnancy than you think you are...But an active baby is a healthy baby. Do not worry about the kicking. Both of my daughters seemed determined that I would never get any sleep or rest the whole time I was expecting. Between kicking and hiccuping I always was aware of their activity. As they got bigger I could even see the outline of their little feet and hands through my skin as they pushed against it. It was amazing.

Haha! That's cute. Now all I can see are bumps every now and then. When I had an ultrasound a month before, they cannot determine yet if it's a boy or a girl because they said the baby's too small for that. So I'm not really farther along my pregnancy, right?

Hi Li Good day and Congrats...kicking of your baby is sign that she is active and dont worry about your small belly because the baby are just usually adjust the place where they are...just relax and every time your baby kick just try to talk him/her maybe she/he need your attention...God Bless

Don't worry too much. The baby kicking is a good sign. That means he or she is active and healthy. If you are just 5 months on the way, the you should feel more movements as you go farther along. As for the gender of the baby, the sonologist should be able to determine this as early as 5 months but sometimes the baby does not cooperate and tend to hide its gender. If this happens, usually, the sonologist would ask you to return after 30 minutes and you'd have to walk around first so that the baby's position will change. Take care and have a safe pregnancy.

You have nothing to worry about. It is just normal around that time of pregnancy. That shows that your baby is very active. It's a nice feeling, isn't it? Just enjoy this precious moment.

Kicking is completly normal, probably now your baby is in position that has legs up, that's why is kicking you more there :) don't worry your baby has 2 months more to change position for good labor :)

Thats just what baby's do, the thing I always though was funny I'd after your baby gets out he or she will still want to be swaddled super tight to remind him or her of being in the womb.
