You can buy or exchange your AP funds through a seller then let them put it on your smart money. (be very sure you can trust that person) Anyway, I haven't really tried that one yet, and I'm not even sure if you can withdraw AP funds via Smartmoney.

hello there.. my friend told me that you can use a debit card such as union bank or bdo or any banks. the smart money is only used to be verified coz she also tried to withdraw using it but it didn't transfered..

Hello... Oh! ,this is your first activity here. You, what do you use to withdraw? So if I use smart money for verification process do I need to add more debit card to withdraw?

yeah.. actually my friend told me she used a union bank debit card coz shes been doing this for almost a year now. she also advised me not to use a credit card coz there are still scam website and never trust any website unless its proven. but i guess why not try the smart money coz its still a debit card of bdo..

Cheapest way to do it is to exchange your AP balance to PP from TRUSTED people.
