I feel to surrender and i will not support him anymore.. but i love him i want him to finished his high school. Do i need to stop supporting him? what should i do..??

First and foremost, what level is he in high school? If he's already in his last year then just tell him to finish it and he could do whatever he wants with his life afterwards without you meddling.
However, if he's still in the junior or sophomore years then why don't you let him try to look for a job instead. There's no point in forcing someone who doesn't want to go to school because you'll be wasting time and money. Let him try to stop for a year and don't support him at all (show him how difficult it is to look for money).
Though I'm pretty sure your parents would like him to go to school no matter what, so there will be a conflict if you don't send him to school.
I could remember my cousin. His parents give him everything he wants so as to go to school and learn properly. Unlike other students, he doesn't have problems paying the tuition fees or having no book - his family is in full support for his studies. However, I guess studying is not really in his line because instead of going inside the classroom, he'd stay out under the trees alone.
He didn't really go with friends or ended up doing some vices, instead he'd just stay outside the classroom. He says that he's bored with whatever the teacher says.
After a long time forcing him to study, the parents just gave up and let him handle the business instead. They have a business cooking suckling pigs and he was very good with it. Right now, he's managing the business and he says he couldn't be happier.
On the other hand, I have an aunt and uncle who were also given everything but instead of going to school got married (majored in relationships instead of their bachelors). Right now, they're really in a terrible financial situation. They both haven't finished school and since now that they're older, nobody would hire them. So they're both under relatives' support - which doesn't come easy. I'm pretty sure they've regretted not finishing school.
I guess it's up to the mother to really motivate the child to go to school. I could remember my mom nagging us about why it's important to finish school by reiterating what my relatives have done and because of their happy-go-lucky nature, they're having financial difficulties now. I think the daily dose of those realities made us finish school.
Good luck with your brother. But if I were you, you need to show him the difficulties and show him the implications of not studying. If he really doesn't want to then it's his choice, at least you've done your part.
Have a great MyLot experience!

Give him time to realize his faults and let it be. In time, I'm sure he'll change. Just pray hard for him that he will find the right path and see the importance of education. Don't give up on him, just hold on.
