Why do you always want to eat what you cant have when your on a diet?

Hey there its George again soooo im craving a chocolate donut sooo bad right now its ridiculous why cant i crave these things when im not on a diet ? whyyy tell mee , ok enough of that enough lol so anyone have any ideas as in to stop craving such fatty delights?

I guess it is because we know we are not supposed to have it. I try to lose weight also but always have a crave for my favorites.

Hmmm you may be right on that but that's not cool at all our body and mind should help us not be against us! Lol the only sweet thing I'm having today is gonna be a cup of honey nut cheerios no milk that will be my snack for today and plenty of water ! That should hold my cravings down for a while I hope also throw in some gum and tada! Work day is over I can go home nap hit the gym and kill all the cravings! Lol

Because people usually want what they cannot have. It's just human nature. You might just be going through withdrawal symptoms. It's hard because you might be used to eating those kind of foods and being on a diet is driving you to over think things. It's just your mind playing tricks on you. Be strong buddy :)

Ah I see dang human nature is against me! Lol but you maybe right I use to love eating baconnators from wendys and having taco bell and macaroni and cheese mmm ah no! Must not remember those bad foods! No matter how delicious! Lol have you ever had a wendys baconnator? Sooo goood! Ill follow your words and try and stay strong as long as possible its been 4 weeks as of today that I've been on my diet. I have a long way to go so this is gonna be hard =x lol
