Because, during in my interview I always get tense that why sometimes I've answered a lot of mistakes and hesitation answers. How should I be? and what the things I should prepare during interview..?and should be the answers of this following questions:

2. Why we should hire you?
3. How can you help in our company?
4. What is your greatest strength?
5. What is your lowest point?
6. How do you handle pressure?
7. What is your edge among the applicants?
8. Why you choose to applied in our company, and what not in other?

Hi. I'm Marta.
First of all I wanted to tell you that you should not pass from one extreme to another, none of them will help you ( you should know that extreme's are never good, you should chose , like Buddha said, the middle way): Don't try to be over confident because it will look bad on you, you would send messages like "I'm way better than you but... I decided to apply for this job , to do you a favor.")
Second of all you don't need to way to relaxed, but keep this in mind every time: NEVER SELL YOURSELF CHEAP.
You should always prepare before an interview:
1. APPEARANCE is the first thing that says anything about you. you should always look professional
2. REPEAT at home. You already know the majority of answers. Try to find the answer. It is said that there is no bad answer, BUT you should pay attention to what the job offer and try to modulate it after the requires of the job.
3. You should STUDY some books about how to RISE your SELF-CONFIDENCE. It seems that is what you miss. Study them. There are quite good. But search those that were wrote by famous writers ( usually it should say somewhere, or just ask a librarian to find you some good books about self-confidence- they should know best.)
4. Be a little more confident in your own abilities and show your good points, not the bad one. What you are doing, actually, at an interview is selling you-self.( don't take it as bad as it sounds. In this matter means that you need to know how to sell your best abilities and how to make the person that highers you to choose you over I don't know how many other applicants.)
5. You can make some little jokes too to light the atmosphere, but keep the mind on the job.
6. When you repeat , try to repeat in front of the mirror. It's a very good way of analyzing your own face when you talk , and how you behave- Keep in mind that more 70 % of what we say comes from nonverbal actions. - this is what the employers usually look after- they study you, see how you actually behave, what kind of person you are: confident, shy, persistent, rebellious, intelligent, bored, etc.)
I can't think of better ways. I think is are quite good, if someone else finds another ones, good. :D
That would be all.

krieyszel in todays economy a lot of really great people just are not getting hired simply because for each job out there there are hundreds
vying for it. so be relaxed as if this is something you are used to.
think bout your strengths and about your weaknesses. emphasize your
strengths and do not linger on your weaknesses.do not agonize over
what you could do for the company Just state that you are a hard
reliable worker and am sure you will give full worth if hired.
Do not anticipate any of their questions as that only makes
you more uptight. know that if you do not get that job you will getanogther one. there are a lot of unemployed people right now
all out of work.

I say, relax and be as honest with your answers; you have many question here and you know they mostly will be asking some of them, if not all of them,so just practice, calmly, what you will say to the interviewer if asked. You cannot go into and interview all nervous and tense, it will show and it will put a negative impression on your ability to handle the job you are seeking. I say, relax and think of the job search as and adventure; if not this one, then the next one just might be the job of a lifetime.

Hi krieyzel!
You don't need to make yourself difficult in answering those question you've provided to us. I will make it SIMPLE and CLEAR to you to undertand and learn some simple tips that I WOULD SURELY YOU WILL GET HIRED! This is my SECRET before i've got hired in a GOOD COMPANY! But I'm not that too selfish not to share it to everyone here. ^^,)
First, you are SELLING your self to the interviwer or employer of a certain company that you are applying. You have to DESCRIBED yourself. Example, think about a product that you see in a commercial. How do they sell it to you? Do they just say "THIS JUICE, is DELICIOUS!" of course not, They also show to people what this juice can do them. Like it makes them healthy and why this product makes them healthy? because it's rich in vitamin C, A, D, E, and F.
The same thing during the job interview. Example job interview question, "Can you handle pressure?" and then maybe your answer is "Yes, I can handle pressure". Do you think is that enough? the answer is a BIG NO! Describe it how do you hande pressure! Give a certain past experience on how you handle pressure in a certain situation. I'm sure you have it. Just say it and make it as a positive answer and there you GOT IT!
Second, Make a list of successful inventory you have done in the past. Like awards, certificate, and recognition. You can use it like what i mentioned above.
That's how simple it is. Just do it! CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'RE HIRED! God Bless ^^)

You should always try to market or sell yourself to them. You should know what they are looking for then build from there. If you know what they need or want then focus on filling that want or needs. Also I suggest you to try rehearsing in mock interviews. Also check contents from the internet on how to answer tough questions during the interview. But the most critical in acing job interviews and getting hired is self esteem and confidence. Try to develop them first because why will a company trust you on a certain kind of work if you don't even trust yourself. Just my two cents in.
