Cut out the bread. It's the wrong kind of carbohydrate. Substitute whole grain cereals and eat more protein-rich foods instead.
Check the calories you actually need according to your height, weight and activity level (there are MANY handy calculators if you search for 'calorie counter' or something similar). Make sure that your diet ONLY includes the calories you need, or slightly less, and is BALANCED to give you adequate protein, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrate.
Never forget that our bodies and natural metabolisms are all different. Some people are just naturally skinny while others will always tend to be chubby. As long as you are fit, try to understand and get to know your own body type and rejoice in it!

What 'they' say doesn't matter! It is how YOU feel about your body image that counts.

Is that all you eat in a day? You are likely to lack nutrients your body needs. Have you actually weighed yourself? Are you positive that having such a diet makes no difference? But I guess I have to ask you the right questions - how much bread did you have at breakfast and lunch? If I go such a diet, I'd be so hungry all the time.
Try to go to caloriecounter.about.com and sign up for an account. Based on your current weight and desired weight, the system will calculate how much calories you need in a day. At the same time, as you record the food you eat, you will discover what are the nutrients you are lacking and which ones you have more than you need.
You need to lose weight gradually and healthily. At the same time, do simple exercises.

Two to three pieces of plain bread should not add up to too much calories, unless you added stuff in your bread. There are times when I just eat plain bread in the morning, but I'd be so tempted to snack later on. I notice that if I'm at work, I may be too engrossed with it that I forget to eat and I can survive my breakfast until lunchtime. Anyway, it is better to embark on an exercise regime, together with your diet.

I am losing weight at the moment too and have lost 54lbs of the weight so far, with 51lbs left to go before I am at my goal weight. I eat 1200 calories per day, and make sure that these include things such as fruit, rice, pasta, yoghurt and lean meats, rather than unhealthy foods. You mention that you eat a lot of bread. If this is white, try changing it to wholemeal as it is much better for your body than white bread is. You should try something else for breakfast, for example porridge or a yoghurt and a piece of fruit. These don't leave you bloated, meaning that you would probably have much more energy throughout the rest of the day. Exercise is important, too, if you're trying to lose weight. Ensure that you exercise for at least 20 minutes three times per week, and you should find that the weight begins to drop steadily lower.

I have lost a lot of weight recently, and I find that calorie counting really does work. If you are female, try eating 1200 calories per day and exercising for 30 minutes 3 times per week. This should be enough for you to lose 2lbs per week if you stick to it, and make sure that you don't use too many of your calories allowed on unhealthy foods. It is much better to use them on fruit and vegetables than it is to use them on chocolates and sweets, however tempting that might actually be at the time. It may help for you to try to find an exercise class and join it with a friend. Then, it would give you a little bit more motivation to attend and you wouldn't feel as embarrassed as you might if you were to go on your own.

As you say that you have done many things for loosing your weight but nothing you get. So I think you may go daily for morning walk and also you may walk very fast for at least one hour daily. And also you may try Yoga. It will be very helpful to you. And if your pocket will allow you then you can join any fitness program also and I think it will be also beneficial for you.

owlwings says is correct. First things first. Get rid of the 'they say...' syndrome. Be comfortable with your own body. But dont lose touch with reality. Just be at peace with yourself.
You mention 3 things - bread, milk and fruits. Replace bread with oats or muesli or cornklakes. Have skimmed milk. Look at which fruits you are eating. Some can be counter productive.
Drink 2 glasses of warm water first thing in the morning. Have lemon juice. Have lots of water. Have leafy green vegetables. Cereals and pulses. Green tea. Two egg whites. Cut down on unnecessary fats and carbs. Stack up on protein and fiber. Avoid red meat, junk food and oil.
Visit http://kalpanil17501.eliteweightlosspackage.com for more expert tips.
Exercise 4 times a week. Include cardio, weights (light for women), outdoor sports or swimming, and practice Yoga. You might not be too aware of yoga. To start with, just search on the internet for 'Surya pranaam'. Do 10 reps in one session.
Ultimately, its not about 'WEIGHT'. Its about fitness. Its about health. Its about physical, mental and spiritual well being. Its about being the best you can be. Hope this helps.

Hi! losing weight is really one BBIIGGG Task and I can vouch for it any time.I have tried many ways to do it and ultimately one thing which has helped me in not only shdding weight but also maintaining it is DEAR HOT HOT WATER.Believe me it does wonders.Have atleast 4 cups of really hot water.I take it after my breakfast, after my lunch,in the evening and last after my supper. This way I do not forget to take it regularly.Keep it hot like your tea or coffee and sip slowly.IT HELPS.Milk that you take should be either piping hot or absolutely chilled( give work to your body for burning calories).Try having chilled milk and little cornflakes for your last meal of the day.O yes! if possible have a raw tomato before you start with your breakfast. You can add little salt and pepper for taste.
