What kind of barriers for full time employee to do online earning?

I notice many people need extra income other than their salary..However as full time employee, they will have limited time and energy to start or maintaining when online part time earning have started.Even online part time earning like writing as freelancer still need sometimes to thinking and working in front of computer until late ot night..So what do you think? Do you have any kind of barriers normally they facing? facing? And do you have any tips to solve those problem besides quit the job?

I am a full time employee and have some other earnings coming out of online work. In my case it has been fun, not so easy sometimes but nice to learn from the experience. Have been doing it for about 8-9 years, have tried different type of gigs that currently exist and still looking for more opportunities or whatever it is that fulfills my needs. Regular barriers like you say, in my case is time, and ocasionally the effort of having to continue something after regular work hours. But in the end I've made a lot of contacts, learned a lot, earned some money on the side and keep myself busy.

appreciate for your response.. You have good point, we should have lots of fun when doing part time job no matter what it is..If we doing it not by heart then will ended up boring and keep on changing every time..Like here in mylot, we write discussion with fun and little bit addictive I guess but still enjoy it.. I can't imagine can share and get knowledge from unknown people from around the world...

hi, as of now i have a full time job and i work eight hours 6 days a week,and my time is 11am to 8pm so that sometimes i have no time in the evening to post co0mments here in mylot,but i always try to be active even i just comment 5 in a discussions,so that to comment more i do that on my rest day.

Hello there ! Yup ! While trying to earn online, we do face some obstacles. Mostly its time and tiredness. Working late and long hours can be exhausting. But, as long as one does what he likes,and if it rewards him enough, it is all good. :-)
