hi if u r a graduate who has just got the degree in your hand i would suggest that you take up assistance with someone for a some period be it under a specific person or under a well known company!!!! through that you not only get an idea of what exactly is happening i your field of study but will also know the ways you should be or shouldn't be following to reach your goals within a short period of time without actually spending heaps of money and time for it !! and about your point of not going for a group work at office only because of the gossip mongers around you according to me is the lamest excuse you could think off!!! gossip mongers emerge wherever you land in this world so why put your career at stake for these cheap jobless gossip mongers !! think about it again and i am sure you will end up taking a sensible decision !! wishing you luck !!!!:):):)
