What do you mean by healthy lifestyle?

I heard a lot of people saying that if you wanted to have a good life, you should have a healthy lifestyle. The things that come to my mind when I heard lifestyle is the kind of food a person eats and how a person treats himself or herself. How about you? What do you mean by a healthy lifestyle and how to have a healthy lifestyle?

Yes you are right in your discussion eating healthy food and staying in good condition is a healthy lifestyle but i would also like to add Good attitude and controlling ones emotion because some and somehow these are the facts that also affects our health for example when you are depressed you may skip food or if some one is really bad at you anger will probably trash you so somewhere these two factors also play a major role in having a healthy lifestyle. Now when it comes to food we need to take care of what we eat we have to cut a lot of junk food and so on and secondly the prospective of emotions and attitude you should be careful and think hundred times of what you utter from mouth not getting in unnecessary arguments and so all such things will not only earn you respect but will also make your self esteem better so these factors i think will contribute better to a healthy lifestyle.

The disease can indeed come at any time, do not know who you are, and wherever you are. Therefore, preventive measures are the right choice to keep your health because health is expensive. If you see a variety of diseases that are now commonly infect humans is a disease caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, such as lack of exercise because it is too busy with work or as a hobby with the food almost instantaneous. Therefore, for the first step you should do is to improve your lifestyle and return to a healthy and natural lifestyle.
Healthy lifestyle may reduce the risk of various diseases but did not rule out any time you can develop the disease. The disease appears not entirely because of the lifestyle, but it can be caused by both genetic and environmental pollution.

For me, i think healthy lifestyle should includes having a proper diet, enough sleep, don't smoke or even drinking. Besides that, need to exercise regularly to keep fit. You will need to practice some form of relaxation techniques to relieve stress, so able to lead a stress free life. Only after you are able to completely follow those orders, then you are considered as having a healthy lifestyle. But i know, it is very hard to have a really healthy lifestyle since we are always having lots of things to settle within a day.

First of all,what is called health must be both physical and mental health.Not a single one of two can be dispensed with.As to physical health,In my opinion we ought to have proper diet and get plenty of exercise suitable for ourself.

healthy life style comprises of your daily habits,your eating habits,your exercise habits etc.
the health is of two kinds one is mental and the other is physical.
mental health one can maintain or improve by reading or listening to something positive.which makes him motivated and remove negativity form his mind.i also like to add prayer and faith in god in this part as it do the same thing and makes one calm and give the piece of mind.
the physical healthy one may attain by eating healthy foods.one should not allow himself to eat fastfood and junkfood and drink those alchoholic drinks just for the enjoyment of taste.it will eventually affect his health and make him ill.
one should make the habit of routine exercise.it does not necessarily have to be something like heavy exercises of body building etc.
just make your body moving.something is better than nothing.go for walking.start yoga.join gym.
these are the steps one should add in healthy lifestyle.

a healthy lifestyle for me is taking only the right kind of foods and consuming them only the right amount and in preparing them properly; engaging to a regular exercise in a non-sporadic kind; most of all, keeping ourselves away from vices or other detrimental habits that could harm our body, That way or by achieving this, we could all have a healthy lifestyle.
