because in the ipl they are seen by al around the world and they can make their name in big peoples eyes and thr main reason is they paid more they see the income and they are not taking the rest in westindies and the westindies not giving the more facilities so yhey are thinking that also

absolutely, todays youngsters look to be fond of the commercial side of cricket rather than the precious international cap. Less work (3-4 hours per match) and more results (in terms of payment as well as fame) persuades more youngsters to be loyal to their IPL team owners than to his international cap. One might just think, that you don't get to enjoy those late night parties in a tour to West Indies & get tired playing those full day matches under the sun. Players should see the commercial side of it and make money, but their attitude should improve. They should think about world class players in other sport fields (in India) who do not even have some land of their own.

I think Indian players are playing continuous cricket from a long time. They were looking for rest and to spend time with their families and it was the right time to do so. The West Indies tour is not much difficult for India so the seniors decided to take rest and the juniors have a chance to make their place in the side. So there is no any loss for the Indian cricket in this scenario. There is an advantage and a chance to get new great players in the site. Playing in IPL is not much difficult for Indian players as it is conducted in their home venues.
It is true that there is more money in IPL but its not true that the players are only playing for money. They are also playing for their country as well and its reality that money is need of time and every one try to get it as much as possible. So its the right of cricketers to avail all chances of making big money as cricketers are also like other human beings like you and like me.

Firstly, it is basic human nature to choose what pays more.IPL pays far more than the conventional international matches that they play in blue. If one decides to stay away from an IPL season, that affects the investors faith in him - which will have a direct effect on his value (during the next IPL bid). About people like Sachin staying away from international cricket may be justified as giving way for youngsters to taste the quality of international cricket. Another reason that the players claim is the factor of fitness. T20 matches take just 3-4 hours of your day compared to full days (ODI) and even 5 days (test matches) consecutively taking a lot out of them.

They get more money if they play for IPl. So they are playing for ipl and taking rest for International matches. Another way of thinking is they are giving opportunity to young players.
