Isn't there a moment in everyone's lives when they get very angry, depressed, upset about things people say about you to the point of knowing that you will never forgive that person?
what is the best way to deal with these kind of problems?

I think a person should forgive in this situation. Because if they don't, in the end, it will hurt them. Unforgiveness will eat away at them. In this situation, a person should forgive, and then move on with their life. It's not easy, but it is the only way. Bitterness can destroy a person. While forgiveness is wonderful for the soul: it builds character. It's a tough one...but so worth it in the long run.

true, all the hurt is bottled up inside the human heart, in the worst case, it could even cause murders to happen! i guess it takes a big heart to forgive people, but sometimes i guess it depends on the character of the person, their upbring and attitude towards life, whether to be forgiving in these situations.

I don't think it's easy for anyone. But in the end, it's the only way. Life must go on.

There are a lot of times when we have to forgive and forget but it's better if we forgive and never forget. That's how we learn from our mistakes.

i agree, but sometimes never forgetting about something just tends to keep that slight unhappy emotion bottled up in your heart, its hard to forgive someone in the first place, but to actually continue remembering the problem might cause the opposite result that we do not want?

It is a matter of survival really. If one can do without those people who habitually hurt it is best that they are forgotten. Then there are those with whom one has to live, when having the least to do with such people is the only way. There is nothing like forgiving anyone. The culprits will themselves know that they should mend their ways for mutual benefit.
