Does it drive you crazy when waiters ignore you?

I often go to restaurants and got ignored when i raise my hand or ask for a waiter to take my order, does this happen to any of you all? i personally don't mind if its the first few minutes or when the place is crowded but sometimes it really takes "forever" to get a order which gets me frustrated.

but sometimes well seem to understand the WAITERS situations....
those situations that there are only 2 waiters on duty,
then plenty of customers waiting for the order and many are standing to find some seats....
due to the limitations of the human body,
we have to understand also that those two waiters can't service all of the highblood customers...
but....
if the situation that i am the only customer waiting and there are two waiters available....
but kept on ignoring me and pretending that he did not see me....
it's my turn now to transform to an INCREDIBLE HULK
